The Sculptra treatment

What to do after a Sculptra treatment?

After a Sculptra treatment, it is important to take good care of your skin to achieve the best results. A commonly used guideline is the “5-5-5 rule“: gently massage the treated area for five minutes, five times a day, for five days. This helps distribute the product evenly and prevents lumps.

It is also advisable to avoid direct sources of heat, such as saunas and intense sun exposure, for the first few days. Strenuous physical activity straight after the treatment is also not recommended. Any swelling or bruising usually disappears within a few days. The effect develops gradually, and it can take several months before the full result is visible.

I was specifically looking for something with natural-looking results, without fillers or anything too invasive.

I really liked the consultation. Everything was explained clearly and calmly, including how HIFU works and what kind of results I could realistically expect. The treatment itself was very manageable. You do feel it, but for me it was completely tolerable. I also appreciated that they checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable.

I’ve now had two treatments, and after a few months I started to notice a real difference. After around six months, my skin looks and feels firmer, and my jawline is more defined. My cheeks also seem slightly lifted, which gives my face a more refreshed look overall. The results are subtle, but definitely noticeable if you know your own face well.

De ruimte is verzogd, Naomi gaf me goede uitleg en nadien ook tips en adviezen. De behandeling zelf viel reuze mee qua gevoeligheid en ik had dezelfde dag al een super mooie glow. Ik heb eerder microneedling gehad maar dat was echt niet vergelijkbaar met deze ervaring. Aanrader, ik heb direct een vervolg afspraak geboekt!
